All in-stock orders are processed within 24 hours and you
can expect them to arrive via standard delivery within 7
- 10 business days.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be charged
customs or duty fees from the destination country in order
to receive your order. This varies by country and is handled
by the customs department in the destination country.
If the delivery address is different than the billing address
(i.e. sending someone a gift), a customer service representative
will call you to ensure that all purchases are authorized.

We will be glad to exchange defective items only within
30 days from date of sale.
If the item is defective, thegiftgallery.com will refund
your shipping charges for the returned item and send you
a replacement immediately. Please use the original package
and packing material when returning merchandise. Also, include
a copy of your invoice with your package. Additionally,
with collectibles, all certificates and original boxing
must be included.
All Sales are final.
Worn, broken, or damaged merchandise can not be returned.
